Cancellation and Refunds
You acknowledge that all subscription fees are charged automatically on a recurring basis until you cancel your subscription (both month-to-month and annual plans). You may cancel your subscription by logging into your Vivid Curriculum account and going to the applicable billing page, and clicking “Cancel.” You may be asked a series of questions which we use to improve our service.
When you cancel a subscription from your account page, you cancel only future charges associated with your subscription. Cancellations are effective at the end of the current billing period, and as such, Vivid Curriculum does not offer prorated refunds for cancelled subscriptions. You will not receive a refund for the current billing cycle as you will continue to have the same access and benefits of your subscription for the remainder of the current billing period.
Please keep in mind that you are solely responsible for properly cancelling your account. While cancellation through your account is the simpler and preferred method for cancellation, you can also contact support (contact info below) if you are having difficulty or need help.
